Detailed hire services

Each service includes the counted inventory, the transport to and from your venue, and a written line on your hire list. Read the notes below, then tell us your date and headcount on the contact page.

Folding Table Hire

Rectangular banquet tables and round folding tables are the backbone of the yard. Our rectangles seat six to eight comfortably and work for buffet lines, sign-in stations and gift tables as well as dining. Rounds suit a reception floor where conversation matters more than rows.

Tables are hired by the day or for a full weekend and are wiped, dried and hinge checked before they go on the truck. We talk through your floor plan with you so the table count fits the room, the tent and the food service at the same time rather than leaving guests balancing plates on their knees.

Chair Packages

Canvas-seat chairs are stacked onto wrapped racking dollies in counts of twenty, which keeps them off the ground and easy to move from the truck to the lawn. Packages are quoted by the number of seats you need, with a small overage so a late guest is never left without a chair.

Padded seat covers can be added to a package for longer receptions and for ceremonies that run late into the evening. Every chair is inspected for a cracked seat, a bent frame or a loose leg before it leaves, and any piece that fails is pulled from service rather than quietly packed.

Canopy and Tent Frames

Frame canopies and pop-up tents shade the food line, the gift table and the ceremony chairs when the summer sun is high or a fall shower rolls through the valley. We carry the common footprints and list each one plainly so you can plan around sprinkler heads, fence lines and driveway edges.

Tents are delivered with the frame corner checked and the canopy fabric folded clean, and we show you how the legs pin down before we leave. If wind is likely we will say so and set the frame more conservatively rather than leave a sail standing in an open field.

Linen and Place Setting Bundles

Table linens, runners, napkins and simple place settings come bundled per table, so your crew sets one bundle at a time instead of sorting a bin of loose cloth on the morning of the event. Bundles are labelled to your seating plan and counted back in at collection.

We keep palettes in the quiet tones that suit a Cedar Valley barn, a chapel cultural hall or a backyard reception, and we can match a bundle set across every table so the room reads as one room. Stained or torn linens are retired after the hire that damaged them.

Delivery and Pickup Windows

Yard runs leave on fixed morning and afternoon windows, and the route is written on the reservation board before the truck moves. When your kit is confirmed you receive the window in writing, so you can plan the rest of the day around a real time rather than an open promise.

Most hires within Cedar Valley are delivered on the day of the event and collected the following weekday. Weekend kits stay out across the whole event, which means nobody is counting chairs at midnight while the guests are still dancing.

Weekend Setup Help

Add a setup hand and the tables, chairs and canopy come off the truck arranged the way you drew them, so the host family can get dressed and greet people instead of lifting furniture. We work from your sketch or a short conversation at the venue.

Tear down help is available on the same basis, which is often the difference between a relaxed Monday and a morning spent chasing chair dollies across a field. Setup help is booked per crew member and confirmed with the rest of your kit.

The process

How a hire flows through the yard

Bout Ready Rentals, LLC keeps the same five steps for every order, whether it is six tables for a family dinner or a full wedding kit with linens and setup help.

  1. Enquire with your date

    Send your event date, venue and headcount by phone, email or the contact form. The sooner the date is with us, the more room we have to hold the kit you want.

  2. Agree a written kit

    We propose the table count, chair package, canopies and linens, and put every line on a written hire list with the delivery and pickup windows included.

  3. Confirm and lock the slot

    Once you confirm, the slot is written on the reservation board and those items are reserved for your day. Fall weekends fill quickly, so early confirmation protects the slot.

  4. We load and deliver

    The morning run pulls the tables off the rack and the chairs off the dollies, ticks every line and straps down the load for the route across the valley.

  5. Collect and count

    After the event the same crew collects the kit, counts it against the list and pulls any damaged piece from service for repair or retirement.
